Eight Class : Lesson 7

Today we will learn about asking where is the place to eat in Japanese and also how to order food in Japanese.

How to ask your friend where to eat ?
In Japanese they say :

You :きょうは　どこで　たべますか？
         Kyoo wa doko de tabeasuka ?
         Today, where is the place to eat ?

Your Friend : ｋｆｃ　でたべましょお。
　                  KFC de tabemashoo.
                      Let eat at KFC.

You : チキン ですか？
　     Chikin desuka ?
         You want to eat chicken ?

Your Friend: はい。チキンは　おいしい　でえすよ。
　                 Hai. Chikin wa oishii desu yo.
                     Yes. the chicken is very delicious.

You; じゃあ、いきましょお。
　　 Jaa. Ikimashoo.
         Ok,Let go there.

Next. we learn how to order in Japanese.

Worker : いらっさひませ。
　　　　Irasshaimase.
               Welcome.

Me :  すみません、ハンバーガー ふたつと　フライドポテト ひとつと　コーラ みっつ.
         Sumimase. hanbaagaa futatsu to furaido-potato hitotsu to koora mittsu.
         Excuse me, I will like to order two hamburgers, one friend potatoes and three cola.
　
Worker : はい、どおも ありがとうございました.
               Hai. Thank you.


Last but not least. Sensei teach us some of Kanji Writing

This is only the example. 

Sensei teach us 2 world in Kanji 

First 食べます。(Tabemasu) Food. The world Ta is represent in Kanji 食。

Second 飲みます。(Nomimasu) Drink The world No is represent in Kanji 飲.

Seven Class : Lesson 6

 

Today we will learn about food (たべもの) Tabemono and drinks (のみます Nomimasu in Japanesse.

Example :

Shushi (すし） Udon (うどん)     Sakana (さかなや) Fish    Niku (にくBeef  Tamago (たまご）Egg

Koohii (クーイー) Coffee    Juusu (ジュース) Juice   Ocha (おちゃGreen Tea

Q :What do you like to eat ?

     なにがすきですか？

     Nani ga suki desu ka ?

A: I like to eat fish and vegetables.

     わたしわさかなとやさいがたべます。

     Watashi wa sakana to yasai ga sukimasu.

Q : Would you like to eat Udon ?

     うどんがすきですか？

　Udon ga suki desu ka ?

A : No. I don't like. Thank you

      いいえ。すきじゃないでう。ありがと。

　  Ie. Suki Janai desu. Arigato

Q : Do you like some coffee ?

      クーイー、のみますか？

　 Koohii nomimasuka ?

A : Yes. Please.

　はい。おねがいします

    Hai. Onegaishimasu.

Or

A : No. It is fine

　いいえ。けっこおです。

    Ie. Kekko desu.

To ask someone whether they usually eat breakfast or not.

Q : Do you always eat breakfast ?

     いつもあさごはんをたべますか？

　Itsumo asa gohann tabemasuka ?

A : Yes. Eat                                       A: No. 

    はい。たべます。　　or               いいえ。たべません。

　Hai. Tabemasu.                                 Ie. Tabemasen.

Sixth Class : Lesson 5

Today we will learn the same thing like previous week which is about family. First of all Sensei teach us how to write in hiragana about our family. Starting by introduce your family members where is your father, your mother and also your siblings. Then, tell about their age, what is their occupation and place they are living. I show you some example about my family.

わたしの　かぞく　７にんです。ちちと　ははと　あにと　おとおと　ふたりと　いもおとと　わたしです。ちちは　かいしゃいんです。ちちは　ごじゅいっさいです。ははは　こおむいんです。ははは　よんじゅごさいです。みんあは　がくせえでっす。あには　にじゅさんさいです。ちょなんは　じゅきゅうさいです。じなんは　じゅろくさいです。いもおとは　じゅよんさいです。わたしは　にじゅにっさいです。みなは　ﾏﾗｯｶ 　すんでねます。

Watashi no kazoku 7 nin desu. chichi to haha to ani to otooto futari to imooto to watashi desu. Chichi wa kaishain desu. chichi wa gojuissai desu. haha wa koomuin desu. haha wa yon jugosai desu. Minna wa gakusee desu. Ani wa nijusansai desu. Chonan wa ju kyuusai desu. Jinan wa jurokusai desu. Imooto wa juyonsai desu. Watashi wa nijunissai desu. Mina wa marakka ni sundene imasu.

It means :

I have 7 family members. My father, my mother, my 3 brothers, my younger sister and me. My father is working as an employer company. He is 51 years old. My mother work as a government servant. She is 45 years old. My siblings and I are all student. My elders brother is 22 years old. My first younger brother is 19 years old. My second younger brother is 16 years old. My younger sister is 14 years old. My age is 22 years old. We all living in Malacca.

Sensei thought us about how to introduce if you have many brothers and sisters in your family.

For Ani  and otooto which is brother
First eldest Brother / youngest brother in the family we called: Chonan ちょなん。
Second we called : Jinan じなん。
Third and the onward we called it by number for example
the third brother we called it : Sannan さんあん。


For Ane and Imooto which is sister
First eldest sister / youngest sister in the family we called : Choojo ちょおじょ。
Second we called : Jijo じじょ。
Third and onward we called it by number for example
the third sister we called it : Sanjo さんじょ。

If example your father mother or any of your sibling has already die we called it nakunarimashita
